Usage and function：
This machine is suitable for single color, double color and three color disc lipstick, eye shadow cream, concealer, half dry watercolor, face color and other paste raw materials filling work.
1. The machine adopts servo piston filling method, with small quantitative error. The nozzle has retraction function, no dripping or residual material.
2. The places where the material passes (material nozzle, pump and barrel) are equipped with separate digital temperature control, which is suitable for temperature adjustment when heating different materials
3. The material bucket is a double-layer bucket, and the heat is added to the material body by the interlayer with thermal oil. Combined with the stirring motor, the stirring speed can be effectively controlled, so that the material body is heated uniformly in 360 degrees and the temperature of raw materials can be effectively controlled. The opening and closing state of any material bucket can be selected according to production requirements.
4. Equipped with 2000*200mm water conveyor belt and infrared induction positioning device, which is efficient and labor-saving.
5. The motor controlled filling nozzle can be adjusted to different packaging materials for lifting and filling.
6. PLC program control is adopted, and the set parameters (quantity, time and speed) are set by PLC interface. The required capacity can be accurately set, which is of great practicality and benefit for various types and diversified users.
