I. Initial Consultation and Requirement Alignment

Customer Communication:
Through phone, email, face-to-face meetings, or online platforms, we conduct initial discussions with customers to understand their core needs, such as:

  • Types of cosmetics planned for production (e.g., creams, lotions, masks, color cosmetics);
  • Capacity requirements (daily output, hourly output);
  • Existing production conditions (factory area, supporting facilities, technical skill level of personnel);
  • Budget range and project timelines.

Requirement Analysis:Jaywin Machinery's professional team (e.g., sales and technical engineers) dissects customer requirements to determine whether customized equipment is needed or if standardized equipment can be used, while also assessing potential needs (e.g., future capacity upgrades, compliance requirements).

Preliminary Proposal:Based on the analysis, preliminary equipment configuration suggestions (e.g., models and specifications of emulsifying tanks, filling machines, labeling machines) are provided, along with feasibility and approximate cost estimates.

II. Proposal Design and Confirmation

Based on the initial requirements, a detailed equipment proposal is developed and agreed upon with the customer.

Technical Proposal Refinement:The technical team designs specific equipment parameters, production line layouts (e.g., equipment sequencing, workflow planning), and supporting systems (e.g., heating, cooling, mixing systems). For customizations, special functionalities (e.g., vacuum emulsification, aseptic filling) are clearly defined.

Cost Calculation and Quotation:Detailed cost calculations are performed based on equipment models, quantities, customization levels, and service content (e.g., installation, training). A formal quotation is generated, specifying payment terms, delivery schedules, and other conditions.

Proposal Discussion and Adjustment:Technical exchange meetings are held with customers to explain proposal details (e.g., equipment working principles, capacity matching, energy consumption). Adjustments (e.g., modifying equipment specifications, optimizing layouts) are made based on customer feedback until both parties confirm the proposal and sign the contract.

III. Equipment Production and Manufacturing

After contract signing, the equipment production phase begins, ensuring quality and delivery timelines.

Production Scheduling:Jaywin Machinery develops a production plan based on contract requirements, defining timelines for all links (e.g., parts procurement, processing, assembly, debugging). Production progress is regularly communicated to the customer.

Parts Procurement and Processing:Standard parts are sourced from qualified suppliers; custom components undergo precision processing (e.g., stainless steel tank polishing, robotic arm programming) to meet hygiene standards for cosmetics production (e.g., 304/316 stainless steel, dead-space-free design).

Assembly and Debugging:Components are assembled into complete machines. Individual machine debugging (e.g., operational stability, parameter accuracy) and integrated line debugging (e.g., coordination between production line equipment) are conducted. Performance is tested under simulated production scenarios (e.g., filling accuracy errors, emulsification uniformity).

Quality Inspection:Comprehensive inspections are performed according to industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), covering appearance, functionality, safety performance (e.g., leakage protection, overload protection), and hygiene indicators (e.g., surface smoothness, sealing). Equipment is only dispatched after passing inspections.

IV. Logistics and On-Site Installation

Ensuring safe delivery to the customer’s site and completing installation and debugging.
Packaging and Transportation:

Custom packaging (e.g., wooden crates, shockproof foam) is used based on equipment size and weight. Professional logistics teams are employed to avoid damage or moisture during transit. Logistics tracking information is provided.
Site Survey and Preparation:

Before installation, engineers conduct on-site surveys to verify site conditions (e.g., power, water, floor load-bearing, space dimensions) and guide customers in preparatory work (e.g., pipeline laying, interface reservations).
Installation and Debugging:After delivery, engineers assemble equipment on-site, connect supporting facilities (e.g., water, electricity, air pipelines), and conduct no-load test runs (checking operational stability) and load test runs (testing production processes with simulated materials). Parameters are adjusted to optimal conditions (e.g., filling speed, mixing speed) to meet customer production standards.

V. Customer Training and Acceptance

Helping customers master equipment operation and maintenance, and completing final acceptance.

Operation Training:
Systematic training for customer operators includes:

Equipment operating procedures (start-up, shutdown, parameter setting, daily operation steps);

Common Fault handling (e.g., resolving material jams, abnormal noises, parameter deviations);

Safety precautions (e.g., preventing burns, electric shocks).

Maintenance Training:
Guidance for maintenance personnel on daily upkeep (e.g., cleaning, lubrication, parts replacement), identification of wear-prone components, and replacement cycles. Maintenance manuals are provided.

Acceptance Process:
Customers conduct acceptance based on contract standards (e.g., capacity, product qualification rate, equipment operational stability). After continuous production of several batches (e.g., 3-5 batches) without issues, an acceptance certificate is signed, formally completing equipment handover.

VI. After-Sales Service and Technical Support

Providing long-term services post-delivery to ensure stable production.

Warranty Services:
During the warranty period (typically 1-2 years), free repair services are offered, including replacement of faulty parts and on-site debugging. For critical issues, temporary backup equipment may be provided.

Routine Maintenance and Upkeep:
Regular follow-ups with customers to monitor equipment performance, remind them of periodic maintenance (e.g., annual inspections), or offer paid on-site upkeep services.

Fault Response and Repair:
Rapid response to customer Fault Repair (e.g., phone guidance within 2 hours, on-site repair within 24-48 hours).Cause of failure are analyzed and resolved to minimize downtime.

Upgrade and Retrofitting Services:
Based on customer needs for capacity expansion or product iteration, equipment retrofitting services (e.g., adding automation modules, increasing power) or recommendations for new equipment to meet evolving production requirements are provided.
