Usage and Function:
This product is specifically designed for semi-silicone lipstick production. The entire system employs advanced automation technology (human-machine interface and PLC program control) to simplify operational procedures. Each unit (material tank, pump, material tube, nozzle) is independently controlled by smart thermostats, making the equipment more user-friendly and stable. The integrated stirring and temperature control system for material tanks also better accommodates diverse raw material requirements.
Filling section
Servo motor quantitative filling, the quantitative speed is fast and the filling accuracy is high, the filling mold rise/down is controlled by servo, the rising speed is uniform, the fast and slow can be adjusted and other advantages.
Freeze lipstick
The upper circulation blows cold air, and the lower circulation hole directly blows cold air to the silicone mold hole position, which has the advantages of good cooling effect and fast freezing speed.
The demolding part adopts the X-axis /Y-axis control system, so that the left and right and upper position of demolding can be accurately stopped and positioned to a certain position, and the demolding accuracy is high, thus reducing the defect rate.
Machine workflow: automatic preheating→automatic filling→automatic rewarming→automatic freezing→automatic pick up mold→automatic lipstick demolding→manual quality inspection→automatic screw cap→finished lipstick→manual removal.
