Production operation process:
Manual tube arrangement→Heating Filling→Freezing→Rewarming→Capping
Usage and function:
1. This machine is composed of 4 head servo piston heating filling machine, freezing tunnel, reheat and cover.
2. The production line is suitable for quantitative filling of various paste/liquid products, such as: cooling oil, Wanjing oil, foundation cream, hair wax, pot lipstick, lip balm and other packaging products.
3. The double-layer heating of the material bucket can ensure uniform heating of raw materials. The pump and filling nozzle are independently heated, without dead heat.
4. Through the servo motor to drive the piston pump for quantitative filling, the quantitative and accurate filling is more stable and fast, and the low noise makes the production environment more comfortable.
