Function and Use
This machine is specifically designed for cosmetic powder processing, suitable for manufacturing powder products such as cosmetics, compacts, eyeshadows, blushes, and eyebrow powders. The operation requires simultaneous pressing of both start buttons on either side to activate the machine, featuring a safety photoelectric screen system that ensures operator safety. The automatic powder feeding mechanism offers 1-3 adjustable filling cycles. The forming cylinder employs a bottom-up pressing method coordinated with hydraulic pressure variations, overcoming limitations of traditional powder presses to produce high-quality compacts. All upper, middle, and lower molds are securely mounted on the machine, requiring only one set for a single model with simple installation. Powder quantity can be adjusted in real-time without modifying tray height. An automatic ejection system ensures product release, while an exhaust dust collection system minimizes pollution and noise levels.
