The core design of this new powder pressing mold focuses on improving the pressing efficiency of powder compacts. Its structure includes a base frame, a first oscillation frame, a mold frame, a top frame, and a second oscillation frame, along with a series of connected oscillation equipment. The technical abstract of the patent indicates that the mold can achieve effective oscillation operations during the pressing process, enhancing the uniformity and stability of pressing by using first and second oscillation motors. Under the limiting action of the first limit plate, second limit plate, and material support plate, the powder compact moves linearly along the material support plate, avoiding deformation or bending due to its own weight, which could cause detection errors and affect cutting accuracy. The equipment is also equipped with photoelectric sensors that can accurately detect the length of the powder compact through changes in photoelectric signals, ensuring consistent length of cut powder compacts and improving cutting accuracy.
